A formal mentoring program for our legal practitioners;
Regular legal practitioner lunches with the firm’s CEO, HR manager and staff partner (i.e. law graduates, restricted practitioners, solicitors, associates and senior associates);
A comprehensive induction program for all new staff focusing on immediately useful skills and knowledge required and training;
An integration program to ensure all new joiners settle into the firm and HR follow-up meetings at one-month, three-month and six-month intervals, and beyond, as an individual navigates their career path with the firm;
Return to work programs providing support to those returning to the firm after a long period of leave or following an injury;
A learning and development advisor dedicated to fostering an environment of continued learning, development and training opportunities for both fee earning and support staff;
A women’s forum – representative of women lawyers within the firm and the specific and topical areas of interest;
A yearly senior practitioner group retreat, involving associates and above, provides an opportunity for the future leaders of our firm to come together to workshop ideas and discuss a common goal for the firm’s future. In addition, regular group lunch meetings are held through the year to discuss progress and initiatives;
